White Buffalo Productions

The Birth of the White Buffalo (White Buffalo! ) represents the start of the struggle to end the era of war and destruction in hopes of ushering in the era of perpetual peace.  Bob Marley called it the natural mystic and he sung about the Buffalo soldier.  The White Buffalo represents the power of the free flow of information both scientifically and philosophically between individuals, the community and throughout the global village.  Only through education  and the free flow of information and ideas can we set ourselves and our nation free from the chains of warfare.   Look to the heavens and pray for peace for the the White Buffalo has arrived.  We as a people have yet to fully utilize the power of information to educate the public with the goal of improving the common good.

Information is the key to our salvation. Either you are part of the PROBLEM, or part of the SOLUTION.   You can not be both.

Mind War and the American Psyche

Was the Tragedy in Virginia a Military operation?

Monotonous, one finds no twilight region in his mind, and no capacity for dreaminess or passivity.  All parts of it are filled with the same noonday glare, like a dry desert where every grain of sand shows singly, and there are no mysteries or shadows. .....The visitors meanwhile intoxicated with success, assume, for the most part, that Philosophy herself is dead, or that, if she still has any vitality enough left to continue propounding any of her silly conundrums, she will be shamed to silence, as now one, now another, of the conquering ragged regiment stands forth to face her down.

Williams James  1878

"Remarks on Spencer's Definition of Mind as Correspondence"

In 1980 Major Michael Aquino wrote under the direction of Paul Valley commander of the 7th Psychological Operation Group in San Francisco, a paper called From PSYOP to Mind War:  The Psychology of victory.  In this paper he outlines a new paradigm for psychological warfare.  He explains how we originally used propaganda as a tool in during WWII, but over the years it became apparent that people easily distinguished the falsehoods and lies of propaganda.  It was recognized that it was hit or miss as far as its effectiveness.

In the 1950’s the military turned to what they now call Psychological Operations (PSYOP).  The development and growth of the science of Psychological Operation included mind control experiments to try and brain wash unknowing individuals into performing assassination for political purposes, Operation Chaos, the use of individuals associated with satanic cults to harass political dissidents, and the search for techniques to break prisoners of war made famous in the recent scandals involving the treatment of prisoners at Abu Grabib and Guantanamo.  And it was during this time that the military began to explore how to influence others cultures.

Aquino proposes that the concepts of Psychological Operation (PSYOP) are outdated, and that we need a new way to explain how the military can use psychological warfare to achieve their goals.  Aquino states:

So let us begin with the simple name change.  We shall rid ourselves of the self-conscious, almost “embarrassed” concept of “psychological operations”.  In its place we shall create MindWar.  The term is harsh and fear inspiring, so it should be:  It is a term of attack and victory- not one of the rationalizations and coaxing and conciliation.  The enemy may be offended by it:  that is quite right as long as he is defeated by it.  A definition is offered:

MindWar is the deliberate, aggressive convincing of all participants in a war that we will win that war.

How is MindWar to be achieved?

“in its strategic Context, MindWar must reach out to friends, enemies, and neutrals alike across the globe – neither through primitive “battlefield” leaflets and loudspeakers of PSYOP not through primitive narrow psychtronics[i] –   but through the media possessed by the United States which have the capacity to reach virtually all people of the Earth.”  …..The electronic media “makes possible a penetration of the minds of the world such as would have been inconceivable just a few years ago.  Like the Excalibur sword, we have but to reach and seize this tool; and it can transform the world for us if we have the courage and the integrity to enhance civilization with it.  If we don not accept Excalibur, then we relinquish our ability to inspire foreign cultures with our morality.  If they then desire moralities unsatisfactory to us, we have no choice but to fight them on a more brutish level.”

Aquino and Valley envision a perpetual psychological warfare operation against the people living in the United States and against foreign cultures whose moralities are unsatisfactory to the US and a military operation to influence the public’s perception of warfare.

Unlike the general talk show idiots of the early 21st century, I believe that the role of the media is to educate the public about the nature of the serious problems that confront our nation.  Only by understanding the underling forces that have thoroughly corrupted the Washington political machine can Americans return to a normal way of life.  Not Before.

As I have emphatically insisted in the first part of this series to understand 9/11 and the current situation in Iraq is impossible without understanding the trail of blood and money that has followed behind the Kennedy Assassination and Watergate.  9/11 and the current war in IRAQ are a repeat of psychological warfare campaigns that have been used during the past 40 years to misinform the public.  This program of psychological warfare can only be understood by comprehending its historical roots.  It is my belief that the Virginia Tech shootings fit a pattern that is evident through out late 20th century history, and maybe we can understand it better if we know our history a little better.

In between 1930-1933, Wihelm Reich wrote the Mass Psychology of Fascism in which he analyzed the events that led to Hitler's rise to power in Nazi Germany.  He concluded that the issue of morality, particularly among middle-income families, played a decisive role in the destructive transformation of German culture.  Fascism was the supreme expression of religious mysticism which could only be understood by combining knowledge of Freud’s psychology and Marx's economic theory.

Reich theorized that Marx had failed to understand the psychic structure of the masses and the effects of mysticism.  In modern day terms one might say that revolution, according to Reich, was not only a result of class consciousness, but a real and distinguishable change in the neurological functioning:  "the psychic structures lag behind the rapid changes of the social conditions from which they derived, and later come into conflict with new forms of life."[ii]  The authoritarian family was the most important characteristic of the German neurosis, as the authoritarian family to Reich set the foundation for an authoritarian state.[iii]

Of course, Wilhelm Reich is interesting not only because his book clearly laid out the psychological program that the Nazi’s used to dis-inform the German people, a program that has been copied hook line and sinker by the Republican Party and the information gurus of the military industrial complex.

Reich not only had difficulties with the German government, but also from American government that eventually banned publication of all of his books, then burned them, and imprisoned him.  He died before he ever left prison.  I believed he was one of the first of many scientists that were murdered, because they challenged the military/industrial complexes paradigm of reality.  Of course, according to the current paradigm of the media only in Iraq and the Middle East do individuals do prison time for their intellectual ideas.  Reich is important then as one of the first victim of the US thought police, and as a scholar who clearly recognized the philosophical structure of fascism.

But most important of all, Reich’s work set the tone for the debate over whether man is inherently evil, or whether he becomes evil through poor education.  As we have seen though the media coverage of the War in Iraq, people who are not informed have distorted opinion and ideas about reality.  Man is not inherently evil.  It is only through poor education that man learns to make wrong choices.  The devil is the shadow of man with his back to the light.  And if the good book is to be believed, we have multiple opportunities to see the light and change our behavior.

The year was 1978 and Jimmy Carter’s Jeffersonian Revolution was in full wing.  Carter had urged the nation to pull together and heal the damage done to America’s reputation by the Watergate affair and the Vietnam War.  He set in motion a complete reorganization of the FBI and Central Intelligence agency.  He felt these reforms were necessary as Congressional Studies had revealed that there had been a long standing history of corruption at these agencies.

It was November 18, 1978, The House Select Committee on Assassinations was about to release its conclusions regarding the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, were about to be released.  Americans had been glued to their seats in anxious anticipation of the Committee’s Report that had been more than 2 years in the making.  The revelations revealed in the Committee’s report were not unlike the conclusion of our recent 9/11 commission:  the failures of the intelligence community, Secret Service and the FBI played a major role in the lose of 2 of our greatest leaders.

Among other things the Committee would conclude that:

  • Scientific acoustical evidence establishes a high probability that two gunmen fired at President John F. Kennedy. Other scientific evidence does not preclude the possibility of two gunmen firing at the President..
  • The Secret Service was deficient in the performance of in duties.
  • The Department of Justice failed to exercise initiative in supervising and directing the investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the assassination.
  • The Central Intelligence Agency was deficient in its collection and sharing of information both prior to and subsequent to the assassination.
  • The Warren Commission failed to investigate adequately the possibility of a conspiracy to assassinate the President. This deficiency was attributable in part to the failure of the Commission to receive all the relevant information that was in the possession of other agencies and departments of the Government.
  • The committee believes, on the basis of the circumstantial evidence available to it, that there is a likelihood that James Earl Ray assassinated Dr. Martin Luther King as a result of a conspiracy
  • The Department of Justice failed to supervise adequately the Domestic Intelligence Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In addition, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in the Domestic Intelligence Division's COINTELPRO campaign against Dr. King, grossly abused and exceeded its legal authority and failed to consider the possibility that actions threatening bodily harm to Dr. King might be encouraged by the program.
  • The Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation performed a thorough investigation into the responsibility of James Earl Ray for the assassination of Dr. King, and conducted a thorough fugitive investigation, but failed to investigate adequately the possibility of conspiracy in the assassination. The Federal Bureau of Investigation manifested a lack of concern for constitutional rights in the manner in which it conducted parts of the investigation.

Of course, this was devastating news for all the agencies involved.  These reports gave President Carter the opportunity for a complete over all of the agencies that had failed the American Public.

And then a series of events would transpire that would change the very fabric of American Life.  The CIA’s old boy network was in trouble, and they did not plan to go down without a fight.  The events that were about to transpire were almost incomprehensible to Americans at the time.  But in retrospect, we see the face of Satan rearing his ugly head in an all out effort to perverse the cult of insanity that had developed.  Politics is all about timing.

After receiving numerous reports about abuse of individuals at the People’s Temple in Guyana, Congressman Leo Ryan departed for Guyana to find out first hand for himself.  While the beginning of his trip was uneventful, we all know how it ended, the first death of a US Congressman in the line of duty.  Ryan’s death is important because he was the co-sponsor of the Hughes-Ryan Amendment, which would have required the CIA to disclose to Congress all details of covert activities before they began.

It is not important here to get into the details of who, why and when.[iv]  But what is important is that this event was used to distract the public’s attention from the House Assassinations Committee Report.   It was phase one of a psychological warfare program to create an atmosphere of fear that would be favorable for a Republican Candidate in the upcoming election.  People’s Temple was no ordinary church.  Jim Jones counted among his political allies:

  • "missionaries" from World Vision an international evangelical that was a fronts for the CIA
  • local chapter head to the John Birch Society;
  • leaders of the Republican party, who organized voter registration and fund raising for Richard Nixon in 1968
  • A mercenary from UNITA, the CIA-backed Angola army.
  • U.C.-Berkeley chemist Dr. Laurence Laird Layton, famous for his work on the Manhattan Project.   Dr. Layton was chief of the Army's Chemical Warfare Division in the early 1950's.
  • Mrs. Layton who was the daughter of Hugo Phillips, a German banker/stockbroker who became rich representing Siemans & Halske and  I.G. Farben, two notorious Nazi Holocaust profiteers.[v]

What the public would never learn about Jonestown was that the week before the Mass Suicide or Homicide a front page interview in the Black Panther newspaper declared that the CIA was running mind Control experiments at the People Temple.  Jones stated “All my thoughts are coming from the CIA.”, just a week before the Mass Homicide.   We have since learned that Jim Jones did in fact spend time on the CIA’s bankroll.

Michael Meiers, author of "Was Jonestown a CIA Medical Experiment?" states: "The Jonestown experiment was conceived by Dr. Layton, staffed by Dr. Layton and financed by Dr. Layton. It was as much his project as it was Jim Jones's."   Please don’t forget that Layton was Head of the Army's Chemical Warfare Division.[vi]

According to eyewitness accounts the assassins   The assassins were described by witnesses as "glassy eyed," "mechanically-walking zombies," and "devoid of any emotion." As we would later learn the only survivor from Ryan’s party was a man named Dyer who had been assigned from the US Embassy to accompany Ryan to Jonestown.  And wouldn’t you know it, the lone survivor ends up being a working agent for the CIA.  How convenient.

A few members of The People Temple actually escaped to Georgetown after the massacre.  They were almost immediately murdered by Charles Beikman who considered himself to be Jim Jones adopted son.  Almost unbelievably he was an ex-Green Beret.

Prof. I.R. Grigulevich, a distinguished Member of the USSR Academy of Sciences, after studying the Jonestown massacre wrote:

The United States has closed the case of the People's Temple by dismissing it as 'one of those irrational episodes in our mad world'. A thousand political protestants were declared 'votaries of a cult of death', a bunch of lunatics who committed an unparalleled act of mass suicide. This version which had been tailored long before the Jonestown massacre not only made it possible to conceal the crime but also to use it for discrediting the People's Temple: it was labeled a 'sect of suicides' and was formally disbanded.

"In spite of the incontestable proof that the Jonestown commune had been deliberately destroyed, the authorities in Washington...did not stir so much as a finger to conduct a fair and objective investigation into the tragic death of several hundreds of their fellow-countrymen. On the contrary, the authorities in Washington went to great pains to put the lid on the whole thing.

"The Jonestown massacre was part of an extensive complex of actions undertaken by U.S. punitive agencies (Operation 'Chaos' and others), whose goal was to clamp down on political movements, such as the Black Panthers, the Weathermen, the New Left, etc. To carry out this program, the CIA set up a highly secret group concerned with 'special operations'.[vii]

Jonestown would dominate the media until phase 2 of the new game was put into action.  The Iranian Hostage crisis.  Here once again the intelligence community failed Carter as it had failed Kennedy and Nixon before.  There were 50,000 students chanting down with America outside the embassy in Tehran, and a lone Marine with a single gun trying to hold off the protestor.  The CIA insisting that there intelligence sources were sure that embassy personnel were safe. With Jonestown fresh in the public’s mind and painted as the logical conclusion of the Peace Movement gone MAD, Carter’s final nightmare, the Iranian hostage Crisis, was about to begin.

Little did Carter know that even as he negotiated to win the release of the 51 hostages, the CIA’s new secret team was working behind the scenes to make sure that the hostages were not released until after the election.  And what we will discover is that the seeds that were sown during the October Surprise would lead the United States into another unnecessary era of uncontrolled warfare.  Danny Castalaro almost got to tell his story.  [viii]Danny Pearl worked hard on the same agenda.  But before it was all over Amnesty International would report that over 400 people involved and as witnesses to this story were death and more than 2400 were being held on trumped up charges in US prisons.  The octopus seemed to have as many lives as a cat and tentacles that reached into all faucets of society.

Only in truth shall we find salvation.  We need to better understand our history.  This is no simple process as many of evil forces, we need to confront in our society have their philosophical roots dug deeply into the fabric of American Society.  Only by understanding the origins of their philosophy can we expose the mythology that they now call history.
