Microwaves as a Political Weapon Microwave Harrassment and Mind-Control
Experimentation

In the context of that article, we mentioned briefly that some half-dozen
people had contacted us with appeals for assistance in ending what they believe
to be electronic harassment and mind-control experimentation, possibly involving
the CIA. We decided to take a closer look at the situation.
We are now in touch with approximately a dozen individuals throughout the United
States who appear to be targets of
harassment and mind-control experimentation involving directed-energy
technologies. [By mid-November 1992, the number had increased to 25.]
Typically, persons who complain of being "zapped by radio waves" and of "hearing
voices" are stigmatized as psychotic,
delusional or schizophrenic. Being mindful of this, as well as aware of the
treatment accorded UFO and psychic phenomena
"freaks," we approach this subject with a high degree of caution. Based on
our preliminary investigation, including
interviews with the affected individuals, we conclude that the matter is serious
and should be pursued further.

Aquino proposes that the
concepts of Psychological Operation (PSYOP) are outdated, and that we need a new
way to explain how the military can use psychological warfare to achieve their
goals. Aquino states:
So let us begin with the simple name change. We shall rid
ourselves of the self-conscious, almost “embarrassed” concept of “psychological
operations”. In its place we shall create MindWar. The term is harsh
and fear inspiring, so it should be: It is a term of attack and victory-
not one of the rationalizations and coaxing and conciliation. The enemy may be
offended by it: that is quite right as long as he is defeated by it. A
definition is offered:
MindWar is the deliberate, aggressive convincing of
all participants in a war that we will win that war.
NSA uses Psychiatrist to silence dissent
August 23, 2005 -- In the spirit of the Soviet "psikhushka" psychiatric
hospitals where anti-regime dissidents were sent, NSA is using psychologists to
eliminate independent-minded intelligence
analysts and other career employees. Adverse psychiatric evaluations of
experienced NSA professionals are being used by the neocons controlling the
agency to gut America's signals
intelligence and information security capabilities.
Former NSA Director General Michael Hayden initiated this process and he was
rewarded with the post of Deputy Director for National Intelligence where he can
now extend his psikhushkas to other U.S. intelligence agencies. WMR has received
